Substitute Information-Aide

SUBSTITUTE AIDE/ATTENDANT

1. Copy of a current substitute aide license--if not, you need to apply for

an Educational Aide license.

For Para-professional status on the license, an additional fee is required.

2. A current BCI/FBI criminal background check.

3. Complete a Perry-Hocking ESC non-certified employment form.

4. Complete a school location sheet.
