SUBSTITUTE AIDE/ATTENDANT
1. Copy of a current aide permit--if not, you may apply for
- For paraprofessional status on the license, an additional one-time fee is required.
2. A current BCI/FBI criminal background check.

3. Complete a Perry-Hocking ESC non-certified employment form.
4. Complete a school location sheet.
