Parents have long had
the legal right to choose to educate their children at home rather
than sending them to public schools. Originally, the reasons for
home education were for religious or health reasons. In more recent
years, many other reasons have become acceptable, although the Ohio
Revised Code does require specific information regarding the home
education process to be provided by the parent. |
